Fantastisches Erlebnis: Had a drop in with the family over the weekend for a team workout - had a great time as Coach Janina was very welcoming to us! The team had also responded very quickly to our email and were quite flexible with our booking. Definitely recommended!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A 5-Star ranking has to be well deserved And Olli did exactly that. I was thinking about a resume already the last couple of weeks but after today I got to admit here you have a 5-star box. What happend? Well 1st of all Olli and Svenja are exceptional Coaches who pay attention to the details. Their tipps and tricks really my performance by tweaking and focusing on the little things. And then we had today. I forgot my whole stuff back at the office. Took the 35 minute drive to the box only to figure out I wont be able to workout. Well thank to Olli and the box community I could borrow everything I needed to crush that Olympic Weightlifting Workout. Thanks a lot to everyone that it s was worth the drive.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Positive: Communication , Quality Really nice CF Box where locals and internationals feel at home easily. Good equipment, lots of space inside and nicely located in an industrial area where the neighbors are not too big a worry... Ah, and the owners Olly & Svenja and the team are really nice people on top of that ;-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I was only able to drop in for a quick open gym to do 20.2. They have a large space with plenty of equipment to get your workout in, and all the coaches I interacted with were friendly and knowledgable. I will drop in again when I’m back in the area!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I was there for only a couple of months while I was traveling and I couldn't have found a better gym. The coaches are amazing and everyone who is at the gym is super nice and help create an amazing community. I've been working out for years and am in good shape and if found the workouts to be some of the toughest I've done in any gym and I noticed significant results after nearly two months. Definitely recommend this place!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Verglichen mit manch anderen CrossFit Boxen ist CFA schon manchmal etwas spartanisch. Aber es gibt fünf Sterne für die tollen Menschen dort.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Eine super Box die keinen Wünsche offen lässt. Das Choaching geht auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse und Fähigkeiten der Mitglieder gut ein. Der Spaß kommt bei all dem Schweiß trotzdem nicht zu kurz.
