The only drawback of the studio: partly antisocial audience and apparently there are 2 people in the administration, because they don't answer via the member portal! It's good that Karolina is there to help with something like this!

I wrote my resignation in September 2020. Receipt of cancellation from Fit / One confirmed on September 8th, but contract cancellation only received on February 28th, 2021. HI....??? And now comes the best: Today on the customer portal I see that my contract continues until May 31, 2021. I've read quite a bit about administration, but we're all human and everyone makes mistakes. Assume a misunderstanding. The studio has been closed since November. Until now I would have to keep paying my contributions. BUT that's over. And I hope for an uncompromising outcome.
