However, the atmosphere here is so good that I can work on myself without a bad gut feeling. Everyone is friendly, everyone greets everyone and everyone takes care of themselves. The most important thing for me when choosing my fitness studio is the way I deal with it internally. I have to feel safe even if there is no coach next to me and this circumstance is given. Fantastische Erfahrung: Very friendly and professionally trained trainers! A few weeks ago, Eric (new trainer, super competent!) created a new progressive training plan (3 separate parts: upper body, lower body, legs), which is already showing clear results (training workload: 5 - 6x per week). I really appreciate the ongoing support from the trainers, as questions keep popping up. I can therefore unreservedly recommend the Smile X in PS, especially since the monthly costs clearly overshadow the other studios in the city.

The employees are very chilled, the prices are reasonable, I love going there (I'd love to wear a smile t-shirt, I don't know if that exists ). Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been a member for almost 4 weeks now and am extremely happy with the studio. The trainers are super friendly, everything is clean and tidy. Eric and Francesco take great care of me and help with tips and tricks. Eric discussed my goals with me and created a training plan that is tailored to me, and Francesco will soon work on the nutrition plan. Training alone is not my thing at all, but the local team makes you feel comfortable and it works without a partner. I can recommend the Smile X in Pirmasens to everyone with a clear conscience!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been to a number of other fitness studios, but I have to say that I'm really convinced for the first time. Whether it's the variety of equipment or the competence of the trainers. I always had problems with the right diet and targeted training that helps me progress and despite training I could not see any progress. This problem has now been resolved because competent support (among others from Francesco) provides optimal support and advice.

Even rehab sports are fun here; you are physically challenged - with regard to the health weaknesses of each individual -, and is looking forward to the next training session, fully motivated and strengthened. The team is very friendly and helpful. Advice top! Based on my anamnesis, a training plan for the use of the equipment was created and here too I can only say: Super!!!! Thanks to the great team, the camaraderie between the team and customers and the overall positive impression incl. Value for money, I look forward to every hour at Smile X and I was convinced here that sport is definitely not murder!
