Fantastische Erfahrung: Great box, nice people, shaping workouts! Best box in town!!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Bei CrossFit 4F ist jeder gut aufgehoben, egal ob Anfänger oder Könner - die sehr kompetenten Trainer holen jeden auf seinem Level ab und fordern ohne dabei zu überfordern. So geht immer noch ein bisschen mehr, als man selbst denkt :) Auch in der Schwangerschaft und der Zeit danach wurde ich wunderbar und individuell begleitet. Neben dem Sport steht in der Box auch Community und gute Laune hoch oben auf der Tagesordnung und die Mädels, die die Box leiten haben das Herz eindeutig am richtigen Fleck. Kurzum, alles tip-top, kann man nur empfehlen!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great Crossfit Box with a great community! I've been there since 2019 and was immediately given a very warm welcome. All trainers are competent and you make quick progress.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Bin hier seit 2016 mit dabei, und es ist durchwegs fachlich hohes Niveau beim Coaching der Trainer. Es gibt sehr flexible Trainingszeiten, also auch für Schichtdienst etc. sehr gut geeignet. Es gibt immer wieder Community interne kleine invents, wodurch man viele tolle neue Leute kennen lernen kann.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Eine sehr empfehlenswerte CrossFit-Box: super effektives Training in kleinen Klassen, top ausgestattete Halle, Mittrainierende jeder Sportlichkeitsklassen und super motivierte und liebe Inhaberinnen. Das Training ist abwechslungsreich und wird immer individuell an das jeweilige Niveau angepasst - so kommt sich niemand schwach oder unfit vor. Zudem wird die Community bei 4f groß geschrieben: es gibt gemeinsame Aktionen, Ausflüge, Team-Workouts etc., so macht das Training einfach noch viel mehr Spaß! Rundum ein gelungenes und definitv Schweiß treibendes Angebot :-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Tolle Crossfit-Box. Für jedes Level geeignet. Durch die Öffnungszeiten 7 Tage die Woche und Stunden in der früh und am Nachmittag perfekt für den Schichtdienst.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super Box mit super Staff! Als Mitglied der ersten Stunde bin ich seit mittlerweile sechs Jahren von Crossfit4F überzeugt. Ein mega-großes Angebot mit CF-Classes nahezu "rund um die Uhr". Die Coaches sind top und breitgefächert ausgebildet mit Spezialisten für das Spezielle :-) (Oly, Gymnastics, Yoga, Kettlebell, Kids). Und dann kommt noch dazu, dass man sich dort einfach wohlfühlen muss. Egal ob Wettkampf-Athlet:in oder Sportanfänger:in - jede:r ist herzlich Willkommen, wird wertschätzend aufgenommen und es wird auf die jeweils individuellen Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Die Community ist absolut entspannt und neben dem ganzen Sport gibts auch regelmäßig ein gebührendes Rahmenprogramm - und im Sommer Steckerleis for free :-)! Am Claimer "dein zweites zu Hause" ist schon was dran ;-)! Vorbeischauen lohnt sich :-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: It was a very good session, I only did weight training before and was still very demanding for me. The registration for the trial training was booked relatively easily, but the location is a bit hidden but not difficult to find. The studio is run by 2 women, the lady I got to know was super friendly and didn't neglect me as a beginner. So everything is great.
