Fantastische Erfahrung: Great and varied training. Becci and Lisa always pay attention to the right exercise and motivate in a great natural way when you come along on your gums :-). Anyone who wants can get holistic advice, at least I attach great importance to it and trust them because of their training and great experience. I'm always looking forward to the next training session, even if the girls put a lot of pressure on me :-). Oh yes, everything is bright, neat and clean there!

Especially if you don't have a lot of time during the week and you are having difficulties with “normal” fitness studios, EMS training in the EMS room is just the thing. Fantastische Erfahrung: I liked it. Was there for free trial training and the two trainers looked after me intensively. The decor is modern and the studio is very clean. Can especially recommend it to people who would like to train in small groups or alone.
