Fantastisches Erlebnis: Highly Recommended! I think I've never had sore muscles like after EMS training at Simplytrain. You notice the effectiveness of the training the next day (or even more so). :-) A very fun, yet extremely efficient, training method, especially when leisure time is very scarce. Highly recommended! Just a shame that you did not open at night ... ;-P
