In addition, super friendly & helpful staff & the GYM is perfectly located in the center of the city. Very easy to reach. Only to be recommended!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ein super Gym . Vor allem Koach Maurice ist Weltklasse . Ich war neulich zu einem Probetraining da und ich wurde super empfangen. Koach Maurice hat mir zunächst einen exzellentes Glas Kaffee angeboten. Nach einem ausgefüllten Formular und ein paar Fragen ging es auch endlich los . Coach Maurice hat mir gezeigt wie man seinen kompletten Körper trainieret . Anschließend hat er mir alles zu dem Fitnessstudio erklärt . Ich bin einfach begeistert wie Koach Maurice seinen Job mit Leidenschaft auslebt . Man merkt einfach die Hingabe in seinem Job . Ich werde auf jeden Fall öfter kommen . Vor allem Koach Maurice hat mich überzeugt . Danke Koach !!! PS: der Kaffee war super lecker einfach danke !!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sisters and Bros, I'm going to train there myself, no, and I say it's baba, but you have to look a little bit because of the time when you come, so that everything isn't full. But nice coaches correct people like that. Recently, an older grandfather came to me and asked if I could take care when bench pressing that nothing happened to him. I just put it there and I just paid attention like a lynx. But did he make it and was vallah proud of himself because he says he last did it 15 years ago. Made my day like baklava when he was so happy. Would only go there every day. But of course go for a nice body that my grandma can tell what a handsome young lad I am :)

Positive Erfahrung: Das Fitnessstudio ist super. Leider 1 Stern Abzug, weil meine Lieblingskurse nicht mehr existieren oder zu ungünstigsten Zeiten angeboten werden. Die Saune gleicht es halbwegs wieder aus.

Changing rooms are very clean and well organized. Spin can be operated with a numeric code, no annoying key to carry. Every device is available, more than in many other studios, as I travel a lot due to work, I speak from experience that it is not a matter of course to have such a large repertoire of devices. The studio is clearly divided into: machine area, crossfit area and free weights. There were also rooms for courses, I can't report that I didn't take any courses. The studio leaves nothing to be desired in terms of training options, and I have even rediscovered the indoor ski crossfit device. The saunas are probably the greatest luxury. I am very positively surprised, that is almost thermal bath level. There are 2 saunas and a steam sauna. And there should also be an extra sauna and steam sauna for women. Showers are spacious and even if you forget your shampoo, there are several shower gel dispensers in the showers. Conclusion: Clear recommendation And thanks to the nice Smile X team, see you next time!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Top studio. Great devices. Top team, top course area, mega many offers. The only drawback: the TV. If you can't do without your Hartz 4 TV, you should just stay at home. Even in passing I have to prevent my brain cells from collective suicide .. It's exhausting .. Otherwise everything is perfect and justifies the slightly higher monthly fees. You don't have a "Mcfit Clientil" for that.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Fitness First is almost my second home: P !!!! Great staff :) I'm happy to come to the gym every time. The devices are great, especially that you can watch TV during training. Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been going to Fitness First for 2 1/2 years now and I'm extremely satisfied. The price-performance ratio is definitely reasonable. There is a small bar where you can buy drinks and / or a small snack. The gym is divided into five areas 1. Freestyle (spacious practice area with balls, ropes, sleeping pads, etc.) 2. Cardio (various cardio machines, there are TVs with a total of 10 channels on the wall) 3. Typical sports equipment 4. dumbbells ect. 5. Course rooms (one only with stationary bicycles, the other free with a mirror wall) Fitness First also offers a wide range of courses. Everything is very neat and clean. The changing rooms offer the possibility to change in a single cabin. The bottom line is still there - Sauna rooms - a solarium - the possibility to rent DvDs If you are interested you can get a day ticket for 1 € deposit. More information is available on their website. Have fun sweating people!

Fantastische Erfahrung: A really good place to have fun and exercise. Also, there are a lot of nice people ... However, the registration fee of 129,00Euro really scares off some..Fitness First, you do your job so well and praiseworthy - but consider this obsolete method please :)
