Fantastische Erfahrung: The hotel right in front the main station so you've already arrived when you step outside the train. Rooms are nice but the single bed one was a bit smaller than I hoped. But overall the hotel is in good shape and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of things to offer.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Our short vacation was great, the best thing was the bar in the hotel (Hugo's Watch Bar). The bartender (Jan Stierle) made the best cocktails and is very friendly!! Also the music taste was perfect. Gladly again!

Fantastische Erfahrung: used to visit the ÖVB Arena concert for 2 nights, I can only recommend it. Rooms very bright and quiet, breakfast buffet very rich and delicious. Very centrally located, almost diagonally across from the train station, walking through the train station takes you to the ÖVB Arena and about 600m from the city center. There is a large cinema right next to the hotel, so everything is right there, just great. The service in the hotel is simply great, the room had the 2nd pillow I ordered by email and I'm often out and about as a night owl and even got a coffee from the porter at 5 o'clock in the morning. Really all very friendly and helpful. The only drawback, we would have liked to use the hotel bar in the evening, where delicious cocktails were offered, but it was not possible due to a lack of staff. The bar was always crowded and you had to wait a very long time because the staff couldn't lift it. This of course affected the mood of the guests and the staff, which you clearly felt, a pity

Fantastische Erfahrung: Rooms very clean. Amenities a little outdated. mattresses good. Unfortunately street noise, but still it was possible to sleep. Spa area very clean. Nice pool and enough saunas. Kids have fun too. Breakfast is sufficient. Large selection at the buffet. Unfortunately, the eggs are class 2. That's a shame because the chickens are poorly kept. More organic products would be desirable. There may be fewer choices for that. The service is nice to very nice. I can recommend a stay. The location of the hotel is central and everything worth seeing can be reached on foot.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Top location and yet quiet for sleeping. Very nice older house that scores with great employees. Very nice breakfast area on the 1st floor with a view of the station forecourt and its own pastry shop. We slept very well and the rooms are extremely clean. The bar is always worth a visit. Delicious cocktails and good wines.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Arrived by train. Come out of the train station and immediately see the hotel looking to the right. Just a few meters and we were there. Checking the corona rules and we were able to get to our room after paying immediately. Better to close windows at night. All clean. Cleaning only if requested. Beds a bit narrow, unfortunately. Breakfast buffet was awesome. From 6:30 to 10:00 you could really look forward to the selection. Wellness with pool costs 6 euros per day. But we didn't use it. Restaurant wasn't. But eating options nearby. It wasn't far to the old town. Maybe we will go there again.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ein tolles Hotel! In zentraler Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal! Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Altstadt entfernt! Einzig und allein die Zimmer auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Bahnhofs sind sehr durch den Lärm der Straße betroffen! Für einen Wochenend-Trip allerdings zu verkraften und das tolle Servicepersonal macht alles wieder wett!

Very nice staff and the rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is great, great selection and very rich. Wellness through external companies and swimming is also possible. The bar belonging to the house is well frequented and also there very nice staff only the cocktails take a bit of getting used to and do not do justice to the price. I was missing crushed ice in the Mochito but so be it. Conclusion: Nice hotel, nice staff and great location, always happy to come back to the beautiful city of Bremen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: One of the best Best Western hotels I have stayed at! The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are large and spacious, very clean and lovingly furnished. The hotel is definitely worthy of a 4* hotel. The only drawback, the street noise is not nice, but that's not the hotel's fault, after all it's in the middle of the center. Many thanks also to the HSK. We just wanted the bathroom swept and HSK cleaned the entire room. It really wasn't necessary, but we were really happy. The reception staff was also very friendly and courteous and had a helpful answer for all of our questions. And the buffet... without words! An amazing selection. I have never had such a good breakfast in a hotel. A pot of coffee already in place, what more can I say? Great service and delicious food! In short, if Dynamo should play in Bremen again, we will definitely come back to this hotel! It is highly recommended! Thank you for everything!

The room was large and clean and the staff, whether at reception, in the wellness area or at breakfast, were friendly and helpful. Kaya's back massage was also restful and super relaxing. The hotel is located directly at the main train station and you can be in the city centre, at the exhibition center and in the Bürgerpark in just a few minutes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The rooms and the bathrooms are large and clean, but depending on the room you have to keep the windows closed at night, otherwise you can hear everything from outside. All in one a great experience and highly recommended!

Here everyone will find something for a good start to the day and cheerful staff who fill the buffet at any time. However, the clear flagship is the large spa area with whether it is a well-equipped fitness center, a pool area or a large sauna area with several saunas and a super nice relaxation area. Had a small room for the weekend with a bit outdated furnishings but super clean facing the train station. On this side it is not recommended to open the window because life is raging here. But bearable with earplugs overnight, otherwise the staff will do anything to change rooms. We'd love to come back. Keep it up.

The window front was leaning against a busy main street. However, with the windows closed, you didn't hear the noise at all. At breakfast there was a large selection and the employees showed a good all-round view. The wellness area was very inviting for a short break.

Der Spa- Bereich ist alleine ein Wochenende wert, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und sucht seines Gleichen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Wochenende, danke dafür ????????

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wir sind sehr zufrieden, das Hotel liegt am Hauptbahnhof, sehr zentral und sauber, die Zimmer größer als die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage ;-) Das Frühstück erstaunlich gut, sehr große Auswahl.

Positive Erfahrung: Insgesamt sehr ordentlich, gepflegt und freundlich. Leider war der Pool nicht benutzbar. Dafür haben wir ein Freigetränk an der Bar bekommen. Eine Information im Vorfeld wäre schön gewesen. An der Rezeption hat man uns aber alles freundlich erklärt. Insgesamt waren wir auf jeden Fall zufrieden.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Best Western Bremen was far superior to many Best Western hotels I have stayed at over the years. Extremely courteous and professional staff in reception. Quiet chap ran the bar. He was polite and efficient. He was always there to provide me with snacks and drinks just as I needed them using some super power...well done!
