The trainers are very competent and have an honest interest in doing the exercises well and achieving success. Before a training plan is created here, there is only a briefing with technical checks and the personal goal is discussed. The premises are always kept very clean and the exercise equipment is modern. I've already booked a prevention course here for the second time to improve my mobility, it was definitely not the last time. If I did not have such a long journey to the studio, I would immediately sign a contract here.

Owners and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every situation. Physiotherapeutic training plans are individually tailored to the needs of the client. There is always a pleasant and informal atmosphere, which of course is the size of the studio and the smaller clientele. Priced course to settle in the upscale area, but without strange one-time fees or absurdly long terms. Perfect for beginners and people with chronic self-discipline.
