Before a training plan is created here, there is only a briefing with technical checks and the personal goal is discussed. The premises are always kept very clean and the exercise equipment is modern. I've already booked a prevention course here for the second time to improve my mobility, it was definitely not the last time. If I did not have such a long journey to the studio, I would immediately sign a contract here.
