Fantastisches Erlebnis: The Yoga Kraftwerk is spacious and very well furnished. It's fun to take part in the courses on site. The training units are demanding and varied. Nici is good at pointing out and motivating participants for improvements. I hope I can find the time to visit again in the future. Cheers Ben :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: You notice on the first tour of the Yoga power plant, that this studio was created with a lot of love and passion and I immediately felt very comfortable. I especially like the fact that most courses are offered for "all levels" and groups are very mixed. When physical limitations are always offered alternatives and Nici has every single one always in view and corrects bad posture very closely. Depending on the strength and / or flexibility, different variants of the same posture are also shown. You can slowly approach your own limits and notice with every hour that the stretching is easier or you are not quite so wobbly. I also tried out Aerial Yoga and am thrilled about what you can do with and in a cloth!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The Yoga Power Plant is a real gem among Yoga Studios! - for aerial and hatha. It is furnished with so much love and you can feel it. Absolute feel-good factor! Nici leads the courses with so much joy, offers always modifications and assistance, so that everyone comes in the positions, and also everyone can attend the courses - no matter which level. The yogis in the power plant are super open and always welcome new yogis. Try it out. I can only recommend it. 5 stars and smileys.
