You can train in the circuit, do strength and endurance or take part in great courses. Zumba on Wednesdays is especially great. The opening times on weekends until 10 p.m. have also been changed. That's good for me because I can go there on the weekend after work. Everything works with a bracelet and a card. You don't need any money if you want to drink something, it is debited from the account. It's clean, there are disinfectants everywhere, and everyone is friendly and courteous. You feel cared for.

The owner is also very accommodating and understanding if you want to take a break for health reasons. With the extended opening hours, I can now also come to training on Sundays.
