Fantastische Erfahrung: I took part in a back fitness online course and I am absolutely thrilled. Late in the evening I spontaneously decided that I would like to take part the next morning and despite the late time I received a confirmation and an invitation link within 5 minutes. Both trainers are super nice, open, friendly and motivated. You can tell immediately that they enjoy what they do and that they put all their heart and soul into it. The course was super structured with a very warm and personal greeting. This was followed by a short warm-up, during which all participants were very sympathetically motivated by the trainer. Then came a few more strenuous exercises, whereby it was emphasized again and again how exactly the posture should look and what alternatives there are for people who, for example, have to struggle with wrist pain and therefore may not be able to lean on it for so long. One noticed very clearly that the trainers know what they are doing and, above all, attach great importance to the health and well-being of the participants. At the end there was a short stretching and very nice words. All in all, it was a really great way to start the day and I will probably take the course every week now. I felt very motivated and supported by the trainers at all times. There was a super great climate, there was no pressure to do everything perfectly. On the contrary, they treated each other very warmly and were always encouraged to do what they did. I would really recommend the Fit Family in Billerbeck to everyone.

Positive Erfahrung: I've already taken various courses a few times and it's great fun and exhausting too. The different fitness levels are discussed and the execution of the exercises is also observed and corrected.
