Fantastische Erfahrung: Was here for the first time today, definitely highly recommended. If you want to train and do it in peace and quiet without any disruptive factors, the Rhein Main is the right place for you. The employee looks really strong herself so that you also feel like training. All in a really thumbs up I'm at peace.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great studio, with nice people, REAL trainers who have learned it properly and have a clue, and REAL coffee. There are still shakes from the counter including advice. Top management during the pandemic. Unfortunately, these studios are dying out - so I am happy to continue paying my contribution during the “forced” closing time.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super "oldschool" studio with 2 power racks and dumbbells up to 65kg. There are also some devices that are rarely or not at all found in other studios (Hackenschmidt machine, angle-adjustable multi-press, etc.). The staff is also competent and friendly. Only a leg curl machine while sitting is missing for my taste.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Old school gym. No USB, Wi-Fi or high-tech, instead iron and expert boss and staff. Almost a bit familiar. There is also spinning, zumba, self-defense and much more.
