Positive Erfahrung: The studio concept is really good. Registration was absolutely "easy"! Very friendly, open to special conditions (only wanted to train there for 1 week), great advice. About the concept: Access by card (outside service hours), studio app enables online form submission/training plans!!! with training videos recorded in the studio!!!/sauna reservation and much more. Well, why not 5 stars......? As a spoiled amateur athlete from Andreas Bosse's EastSideMecca Body&Fight Gym, I'm used to special machines and all kinds of bodybuilding equipment. Unfortunately, the Active "only" has the absolute standard equipment, although there are one or two treasures (Technogym chest press, biceps machine). But, you can do your workout, unfortunately you have little choice if you are already an ambitious bodybuilder or fitness athlete. And you can train individually from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., not everyone has that, especially with this flexible access option. But what is not, can still become. So keep an eye on it!!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The gym is smaller compared to other gyms, but still has more than enough exercises to cover any workout plan. The gym is kept clean and looks very hygienic. Particularly recommended for beginners, as there is next to nothing going on in the evening and in the morning and you can train undisturbed. If you are not familiar with training plans, the app provides you with many different training plans that address each goal and are based on the available exercises in the gym. The trainer is very competent and offers alternative exercises for at home via app even during corona lockdowns.

Positive Erfahrung: A bit old-fashioned at first glance; but is a solid studio where you have everything if you are primarily interested in sports and not in glitter and glamor. The trainer / owner seems to be exceptionally well trained for the region, especially if you (like me) are interested in health-oriented training. And the opening times (until midnight!) Are great for shift workers like me.
