Fantastische Erfahrung: I am a member of the Vita Herborn for about 5 years. Since I've been training there, my physical fitness has improved a lot and I feel better all around. To train is an Effective Circle and dr. Wolff equipment available. In addition, various courses are offered. What convinced me at the time, was the great care by the staff. It stands i.d.R. always a coach for questions. The friendliness is capitalized. Just great !!! Would like to stay for many years !!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym !!! In addition to numerous devices to improve the Körpelichen fitness, there is still a comprehensive course offer and a special Dr. med. Wolff range in the targeted training of individual muscle groups in pain is possible. The heart of the Vitas is the so-called Effective Circle. There are nine devices available in which muscle groups can be trained in succession; e.g. Breast, leg, back and armature. The devices specify the sequence of movements, whereby a wrong design is largely avoided. The highlights are the offered group-effective courses in which up to 9 men are coached together under the guidance of a trainer. Here, in addition to the training and the fun in the foreground - it is laughed a lot together. Primary goal in Dr. Ing. Wolff range is the improvement of the back muscles. In order to evaluate the necessary measures and training successes, a back-check is available. In the offered fitness classes you can see a clear line and the hobby of Vitas - The back. There are many courses available that aim to improve the back problems; e.g. Back-fit and spine gymnastics. But there are also many other courses on offer where there is something for everyone. But great equipment and courses do not use anything without a strong, well-trained and friendly service and training team. These criteria are exceeded by the employees of the Vitas. Whenever I come to the training, everyone has a smile on their faces and you can tell from the fun at work. Even with questions about training is at least always a trainee on site, who can answer emerging questions about training. I still like to come to i.d.R. after five years of membership. 2 times a week for training and will continue to do so for several years, as my physical condition has improved significantly.

As a management I attach great importance to an above-average member support on the training area, an optimal price-performance ratio and exemplary hygiene standards. Fantastische Erfahrung: The Mami-Fit prevention course was the perfect follow-up course to the postgraduate course. Postnatal exercises were repeated and combined with crisp workouts, e.g. circuit training. You worked up a sweat and could take inspiration for your own workouts from every hour. I would book the course again at any time and recommend it to other mothers.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Mami fit course with Sina was really great. Every week a different focus, well explained and also with background information why, why, why. There were all exercises in written form so that you could repeat everything without forgetting.
