Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been a member for 14 years. The studio has been evolving all the time. The trainers are great, the premises are absolutely beautiful. The range of courses is very diverse: from functional training to yoga to Zumba, there is something for everyone. You can enjoy cappuccinos and the like on very comfortable sofas and armchairs between the courses. drink and chat with others. I feel very comfortable in the Body Loft.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ein sehr gutes Studio mit einer guten Mischung von Geräten und Freihantel-Bereich. Die Umkleiden sind ebenfalls modern geghalten (und man hat sogar die Sauna leicht riechen können ;) ), alles war zudem sauber. Zudem gibt es ein sehr liebes Team, die einen begrüßen und bei Fragen oder Problemen immer geholfen haben. Kann das Studio nur empfehlen. :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: My gym for 20 years. In my opinion the best courses in Giessen. Pleasant atmosphere and good value for money as coffee, drinks, sauna and massage bed are included.

Fantastische Erfahrung: After a long break from sports, I've progressed amazingly quickly and without injury. Because: careful team of experienced and very active trainers. None of them fiddle around tired on the cell phone. They are fully involved themselves and prefer to be pacemakers instead of greeting August. My thanks go in particular to Lisa, Natascha, Hannes and Alex. Keep it up!

Large entrance area, comfortably furnished, the best coffee and drinks with a flat rate... to relax after training. And then another round of sauna. Training and wellness after work!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very brave to operate under a new name! The new rooms look great. One notices the departure. By the way, it was very special for me to visit the studio this time as a craftsman. So far I only knew it as a member and instructor. It was nice to see the "old" warriors again who are still fit. Bend iron and reel off your kilometers on the treadmill. Good luck with your goals!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been a member of the WOF for almost 10 years and I am extremely satisfied. Great trainers, a family atmosphere and a wide range of courses. Of course I would also like to mention that there are 2 Zumba classes per week, which are compulsory for me :-) Nice that the WOF exists! Christina
