Positive Erfahrung: Very clean gym with nice trainers / staff. Good equipment and high quality equipment. Unfortunately, not all equipment (negative bench press, sitting calf press or leg extension) is available in the free weight area, as is known from larger fitness studios. In addition, there is no device to assist with pull-ups or dips. The costs are quite high, but the courses, drinks (including coffee), shower and sauna make up for it. The opening times are unfortunately not ideal on weekends and on public holidays. Therefore only 4 stars.

If I can realize my goals for the second and, unfortunately, the last contract year, I am satisfied.

Positive Erfahrung: Overall, I like the gym. However, I would like better opening times. For example, the opening at 6 a.m. so that you can come before work or the company until at least 11 p.m. so that you have enough time for training after work. Or at least one day a week. At the moment I find it quite difficult to plan the training due to the very limited opening times. Of course, this also applies on weekends.
