Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been Mitgied in body up in Ottobrunn for about half a year. Here I feel really comfortable, because the staff are always very nice and friendly and I have a lot of fun with many other members. The almost family atmosphere in the studio is just great! Training is twice as fun as anywhere else! After a strenuous workout I am always in the totally beautiful spa with saunas and a great steam room. Of the many courses I like TRX and Zumba at the moment. Thank you for the nice time with you in the studio! I always like to come!

There is enough equipment for training, so that you hardly have any waiting times. - The courses: both face-to-face and virtual, all courses are carried out professionally and afterwards you have the feeling of having really done something. During the course hours, the trainers always give good advice on how to train properly, etc., so that there are no health problems afterwards. - The membership fee: is the above Definitely worth points. Here you can train without putting value on "Schicki-Micki" and "see and be seen" - it's about sport and health - these are the focus here and so the fair contribution is good in any case aligned.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was allowed to get to know / test the Budy Up Studio in Ottobrunn for 5 weeks and I am more than thrilled. Starting with the studio manager Milena, through the various trainers, to the managing director Benedikt, I felt very well picked up. The courses are professionally run and you always meet motivated colleagues, so that sweating together is a lot more fun. The managing director himself holds courses every Tuesday in the Body Up Ottobrunn and looks after all participants very personally. There is also a great e-gym circuit that analyzes all your activities via the app and tells you which muscle group you should concentrate on. And if that's not enough for you, Fabian comes by regularly and has all the details about your training and valuable tips ready with his iPad in hand. The fitness studio is a great size and is not too crowded, very high value is placed on personal attention. But if you don't want that, you are also welcome with headphones and are accordingly left in peace. With Qualitrain there is a company-supported possibility to train in body up, I would like Benedikt to deal with a private option again (e.g. Urban Sports Club) so that one can pursue several interests (tennis, fitness, wellness, etc.) ) can combine, but still do not have to do without the body up. Fantastische Erfahrung: A studio to feel good. The equipment is civilized, the team is super great, both in terms of competence and people. If the devices are too boring for you, you will surely find a course in the course program that suits your preferences. The wellness area invites you to relax with two saunas, a steam bath and some loungers. Even after the end of the pandemic measures, it's just fun to train here. I can definitely recommend taking advantage of the (paid) personal trainer offer for individual concerns. I used it to add a cardio component to my workout and add exercises to the shoulder and neck muscles. The positive thing about it: With some exercises, you can completely do without equipment, so you can easily integrate them into everyday life. If you have a fitness mat and a balance board, even a large part. Resistance bands, a sling trainer and a dumbbell or kettlebell are only helpful for three exercises. Of course, things cost a couple of euros, I bought all three things online for just under €100 (with pleasingly good quality). In terms of construction, everyone has to decide for themselves whether they want to spend this, my health was definitely worth this sum.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Since 2007 (now 81) I have appreciated the training at Body Up, quite intensively 3 times a week (focus on strength training + stretching exercises) despite or precisely because of my significant shoulder osteoarthritis. It's the best I can do to my body, even if it pinches a bit at times. But: I don't need any medication and am amazed at how fit I am compared to my age group. Positive side effect: fight extra pounds !. The coaching team is also very helpful to me, and I can always turn to them with confidence. I confess that every time I am happy to leave the studio after about 75 minutes of intensive training and after the sauna. Nevertheless, I always long for the next challenge. If I do some training at home because of the corona-related closure of the studio, the motivation and the time required is by no means as high / long as in the studio; and I lack the useful equipment. That's why I am missing it immensely at the moment. The spatial framework conditions there are also perfect, sufficient and without any zeitgeist frills.

Personal assistance about exercises, routines, food habits, protein additions etc. A start-up body examination is performed and monthly exercise checks are performed. The equipment is clean and plenty in number. I rarely had to wait for a machine or a press. Weights are plenty for proper muscle building and other cardio equipment are many in number. Protein milk supplements are provided and water drinks for refreshments are also available. The only shortcoming is the gym is not 24x7.... otherwise it is the perfect place to be to sweat it out!
