Fantastische Erfahrung: Very familiar studio and competent trainers! As a gym newbie, I was treated very well from day one and no knowledge of the individual machines was assumed. The training plans are adapted to the needs and discussed with the trainer so that you know how each machine is to be operated and how it works (the trainer goes through the equipment with you and also takes a very close look whether the movement is performed correctly to avoid injury) Can only recommend it to anyone who is looking for a studio with a nice ambience and is not looking for a typical 0815 pumper booth
