Positive Erfahrung: Price / performance is absolutely great, but you must not overlook what you pay. Accordingly, there is no advice or training support, the equipment is absolutely poor, right up to the specially brought padlock for the locker door. OK for people who know exactly what they want to do and want, it suits me too. But I can only warn every fitness beginner to train without proper instruction and support, you break more than it is useful! Here I recommend to use the studio next door and to book the 24/7 MC for 3 € per month. Then depending on the price model around the 22-25 € a month, not much more, but a much better Inclusive offer. The MC24 premises are neatly decorated and clean, the appliances work and it is i.d.r. barely crowded. You only meet someone from time to time, even on public holidays there is no queue here. I can recommend it as a supplement to the fitness park or for people who have been training for years on equipment and free weights and know exactly what they are doing. All others belong in accompanied studios, even for long-term security!
