Fantastische Erfahrung: Body effect is recommended. The guys are very good as personal coaches. I have had 8 appointments so far. The 20 minute training is very intense. The muscle building in me, especially in my legs, is having an effect, my knee pain has subsided when climbing stairs. The tension in the back has become less due to the impulse training. As mentioned, I can recommend training with Björn and Alex and will continue. See you soon;-)
