Fantastische Erfahrung: 6 weeks ago I treated myself to a 10 card for 4D training because I wanted to try something different. As a supplement to my running and fitness training, I found the right thing here. Yesterday I immediately extended again and increased the training frequency. I am making progress with 4D training that I would never have dreamed of - especially in the areas of tissue tightening and mobility. The atmosphere at HandWerk is great, flexible and warm. From the reception to the athletic support that is really impressive. The 1to1 training is worth every euro !!
