Fantastische Erfahrung: Trial training in functional training: very demanding, even for advanced users, as the exercises in the group had different levels of difficulty. The rooms are very airy, bright and pleasant - the new outdoor area in particular is very well equipped, which I have never seen in any other studio in the area. Holger, the head coach and owner, was very personable and authentic! The ENERGYM with its diverse range of courses can be recommended, especially for training in a group!

Fantastische Erfahrung: This fitness studio has a great concept: intensive personal support and really helpful tips on how to do the exercises correctly and effectively. The motivational support is also great. In this way, you can actually get all muscles (even those you have not known before ) in motion and quickly increase your fitness with relatively little expenditure of time. You really don't have to be a bodybuilder to get fitter effectively here. Simply great.
