Fantastische Erfahrung: A great studio! I can really only recommend it! I bring my mother and watched how everything is going. She is VERY happy and couldn't imagine herself in another one hopefully I'll register soon, because it's also a lot of fun with the trainers and you feel really comfortable!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been training in the studio for years and I still feel very comfortable. Sabine and her team receive regular further training and can thus advise individually and professionally. The courses offered are varied. Here is something for everyone. From athletic beginners or (re) beginners to trained women who want to improve their level. For Sabine it was a matter of course not to collect the contributions during the Corona closings. Even more: During the first lockdown, she used the break to equip the studio with air conditioning. The atmosphere in the studio is relaxed and friendly. My daughter also enjoys going to children's ballet and is still motivated to participate in the current online ballet. Of course she's really happy again when she can finally dance again with the other girls with "her Miss Duddy".

Fantastische Erfahrung: After massive back pain, I have been participating in rehab sports in the Sabine Widmann Studio since February 2021. After every rehabilitation session, I notice how the exercises are good for my back. Compliments to Ursula - an effective training that flows into each other - highly recommended for back problems.

With Sabine Wiedmann I found everything I was looking for. Well-trained, friendly trainers and perfect advice. My favorite courses are with Ursula. Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been in this studio since 2013. I did 1.5 years Rea because I had a neck ulcer o.p but also had to take pain in the joints caused by Atrose and strong pills. I lost 90% of my pain through help from the trainers. Do not need painkillers my Trening I do intensively .... my quality of life has become better I'm just 66 years I'm fine .. Thanks to the team ...

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been doing rehab for over three years with great success. Rehabilitation is free and it is possible to book equipment training for a reasonable price. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. You just feel comfortable.
