Negative Erfahrung: Niedriger Preis, sehr alte Geräte, wenig bis keine Anleitung (alte Methoden, wenn mal jemand anleitet), sehr geringer Hygienestandard (Handtücher werden nicht benötigt), großzügige Räumlichkeiten, ausreichende Parkplätze

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Aktiva Basic offers everything you really need for a workout - broken down to the essentials. Included are showers and drinks, but on extensive packages is waived (this requires a membership in the premium area, just a few meters away) The staff is always friendly and available for any assistance needed. The available devices are not the latest of the newest, but all relevant training goals can be easily achieved with sufficient self-initiative. There is nothing to complain about the cleanliness, even if some other recession claims otherwise. For a nearly unbeatable low price, you really get everything that is needed for a full training, no matter what level of performance you are. Although the opening times could be extended a bit, especially on weekends, but here you can arrange quite easily.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Devices are okay. Staff is friendly. It is properly cleaned (praise to the cleaning team) Unfortunately, it is partly (at certain times) totally overcrowded, so that you do not get it on some devices. But on the whole everything is okay.
