But I had fun with the circuit training as well as the ballicons etc. I think the great interaction with each other is really great .. always an open ear for nutrition tips etc. and now the very best had control in the clinic because of my arm, the bypass is over and unfortunately does not work, but my body has probably created its own healing through the different diet and training .. so now I prefer to continue
