Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been in the bodywork for years, both in Freiburg and in Emmendingen. So far I've only done "general" training with no major problems. At that time, an anamnesis was taken and the mobility was tested. You always have the potential to improve something, for me it was the upper body. A training plan was drawn up and discussed with the trainer. Really good!!! And then it happened, I got myself back problems by lifting a bedridden person. Since then, I have not only been training at the Emmendingen body plant, but also receive professional treatment there. This includes massages, fango and targeted training for the problem areas created by the gentle posture. And I have to say that I am feeling much better and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much !!! You are in very good hands here!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice new fitness and physiotherapy studio with a panoramic view of the Black Forest and Kaiserstuhl. With the support of qualified physiotherapists and sports therapists, I can optimally improve my fitness here. The studio is among others equipped with modern Milon devices and the training support by the dedicated specialist staff is exemplary. When it comes to health, the Emmendingen bodywork receives my unreserved recommendation. Top performance at a very attractive price.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I love to train here! You are welcomed in a friendly way, there is always someone on site to help and the atmosphere is just pleasant. I haven't been able to use the physio yet, but I assume that the quality is more than right here too.
