For almost a year now, I have been successfully training in Vitalis medifit Niedernhausen in a pleasant and sophisticated atmosphere. I feel very well looked after here, because in the Vitalis medifit top trained sports and physiotherapists look after your members personally and at a high level. After an initial health check, including analysis of body fat, muscle mass, etc., an individualized exercise plan is prepared for each one. My atrial fibrillation, caused by heart disease and many complaints of osteoporosis are now a thing of the past. For that I thank all employees of the Vitalis medifit from the bottom of my heart and I very much hope that with the walk to this great fitness center many other people can be helped. The first for about 20 years in Bad Brückenbau, the second in Idstein in the Vitova Physio in Idstein, Kathrin Simoteit. A separate review of Vitova Physio and their holistically oriented work would be worthwhile. But here she mainly acts as a "door opener" for the "Vitova medifit" in Niedernhausen. While I was rather skeptical about the "muscle stalls" up to now, the deep trust in Kathrin Simoteit opened doors that I would never have expected in this quality. A whole new world for me, this professionally guided support for all physical problems, just as I have long experienced and enjoyed at Vitova in Idstein. The first impression was already outstanding. Probably also because the team of mostly young therapists has all been working there for more than five years, a really great sign. All of them are extremely approachable and radiate joy in their job. Of course, this also applies to the users. The essence of this offer is of course the highly professional equipment. Everything, both the individual settings of the devices tailored to each user, all appointments, and the overview of the current user frequency are digitally controlled via the corresponding app. The individually prescribed treatment and training program begins after warming up in the circuit, where all the important parts of the body and individual problems are trained every minute. In three other departments, the targeted personal training work is individually deepened, always guided by professional coaching Through the mediation of Vitova Idstein I can try the whole thing for three months free of charge, after that the membership costs very cheap 11 euros per week. In addition to the sauna, I can also use a wonderfully intensive massage water bed. I will most likely become a "permanent customer" and am very, very grateful to have found this wonderful "temple of health" and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

I've been training once a week with my personal trainer Susanne for almost 6 months. All I can say is it's the best thing that could have happened to me. Seit fast 6 Monaten trainiere ich einmal pro Woche mit meiner Personaltrainerin Susanne. Ich kann nur sagen, das ist das Beste was mir passieren konnte. Today, after almost 4 years, consistently pain-free and fit. The team is absolutely professional, personable and warm. You feel right at home. It is also extremely clean. Price / performance top.
