Fantastische Erfahrung: I have recently joined Superfit and I am Super Happy. All the coaches here are very helpful, supportive and motivates to do the exercises in right way. I really appreciate their way of attentiveness which makes superfit a safe place to workout. Thank You, to all the coaches and other staff. Based on my positive experience, I would recommend this gym.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Pleasant atmosphere and you are not looked at in a stupid way. Staff are also super friendly and help if you have a question or problem. The devices, rooms and the like are all clean, you can take the initiative yourself before and after using the device and do it clean, as the disinfectants and paper are available. I also think it's good that you have a nice sauna that is very pleasant and just awesome after training.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The gym is in good condition. The trainers are super nice. It's generally fun to train here. The equipment is definitely sufficient. Since it is one of the smaller Superfit gyms, skipping is unfortunately not allowed for reasons of space. The course program offers a wide variety. A wide variety of courses are offered, both by Superfit trainers and external coaches. These courses are supported by modern loudspeakers for trainer announcements, good music and even a light show. There are also a variety of free drinks, a frame for free body exercises and a sauna. In summary: A nice gym where you like to go.

Fantastische Erfahrung: As a long-term studio member (more than 20 years according to the 1st contract), I award these 5 stars to the new deputy studio manager. I cannot support its negative reviews and make me sad. To me he is always friendly, polite and also greets me. His motivating nature in the courses takes some getting used to for a slightly dusty Köpenicker. But it is precisely this type of training that helps me. There is a fresh wind blowing through Köpenick that should be maintained.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Although it is a smaller studio than e.g. Mcfit in Schöneweide, but very comfortable, the equipment is very well maintained and very modern, the sanitary facilities are also very well maintained. The studio staff is also very friendly and explains the equipment in a very understandable way.

Positive Erfahrung: Eigentlich mag ich das Studio sehr. Die mir bisher bekannten Trainer*innen sind immer sehr freundlich und geben tolle Team Trainings! Seit kurzem hat das Team scheinbar neuen Zuwachs bekommen und der junge Herr ist komplettes Kontrastprogramm. Kein Lächeln und sehr forscher Sprachgebrauch. Alle haben immer ein offenes Ohr und ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, er jedoch scheint nicht so viel Lust auf seinen Job zu haben wie die anderen. Macht tatsächlich viel aus am Wohlfühlfaktor in diesem Studio. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es bei Superfit dort immer sehr sauber und auf alle Ordentlichkeiten werden, wie ich das finde, geachtet.

I had a problem redeeming a voucher, but a young employee and the studio manager helped me in a friendly manner and the problem was solved a little later. I've been a member of McFit for years, but I didn't get as friendly and helpful support when there was a technical problem. Keep it up, your work is appreciated

Fantastische Erfahrung: Basically a very good fitness studio in which you won't be looked at if you are a little louder when you are deadlifting. The customer service is also great, it just takes a long time to answer.

Always friendly, approachable, professional, asks in between whether you want to take part in various courses without being intrusive. Particularly noteworthy is Felix. Very nice guy! Open-minded, cordial and super competent in his explanations of the exercises / devices. The equipment of the studio is top, you can find everything you need for a good workout. The cleanliness is also to be emphasized, for this low monthly fee such a top positioned studio and to offer this service mentality is unparalleled. I feel good all around! Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym. Super trainer and good course and team training offer. What is stupid is that older members in particular reserve the loungers with towels in the sauna. It would also be cool if there were not only scales in the training area, but also one in the sauna pond or in the changing room that men or women can weigh themselves in underwear or something and not in sportswear. Otherwise great. You can train there 24 hours a day.

The numerous courses are simply great and bring everyone to their desired limits. A lot of fun while training is guaranteed! The team training sessions are also very demanding and sometimes you want to give up, but the trainers always motivate you professionally and then you suddenly do a few repetitions! Then you are really glad not to have given up and to have overcome the inner bastard! How to achieve your goals! Just great!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been with us since August 17 and I am very satisfied. Contracts and pricing are good. Great condition of the devices and everything you can see. The staff is really nice and always helps. Today I forgot my towel for training and the employee simply gave me one with the Superfit logo on it.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Superfit in Köpenick is my favorite studio. The studio is bright, inviting and beautifully designed. A lot of devices to choose from, all very modern and in the studio everything looks very tidy. The trainers and employees on site are always friendly and can be contacted for questions and help. The guest can expect a pleasant environment to train. There are courses, team training and a Finnish sauna for relaxation after training. Here, as a guest, you get great services for little money. I am very satisfied and also thank you for the very intensive introduction to the devices. Here you can train 24 hours a day at any time. Sauna is always open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., coaching on site from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Change large selection of cupboards everything neatly. Yes, training is fun here. You are awesome.
