Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been a member of the iFitnessClub in Teltow since its opening in November last year and have been training there almost every day ever since. At first I was a bit skeptical, because in other studios the cleanliness and the working there "specialist" my expectations did not meet. However, I was really positively surprised in these points by the iFitnessClub. The service staff is very courteous and the trainers bribe through in-depth expertise and friendly manner. Immediately, I prepared a training plan tailored to my individual needs, which goes into my goals, my athletic origin (handball) and my health restrictions. The devices are well maintained and can be easily adjusted and used. In general, the cleanliness is very important in the club, both in the shower and sauna area as well as at the counter, where you can buy healthy supplements cost. Overall, I can absolutely recommend the club with its great value for money !! What is around 1 Euro a day when it comes to my health?

Fantastische Erfahrung: Small but nice gym. Always clean and tidy, very friendly and courteous staff and pleasant members. Barbells are never lying around and the machines are very good too. Personally, I'm still missing a trap bar, but that's only a small point of criticism.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've now had my 3rd personal training session with Martin and I've found every training session really great. He looks at your body holistically, is very conscientious and gives valuable tips for improving movement patterns, posture and exercise execution. He's also super nice and open-minded. You can clearly see his training. I can really recommend Martin as a trainer, especially after a long rehab. I came to him after hip surgery (hip dysplasia, joint-preserving PAO) because I still have problems controlling my abductions. After a great tip about my foot position, I have significantly less knee pain and also manage to control the muscles better.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been a member for some time and have always felt very well cared for in the club. There is a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere there, personal needs and wishes are addressed in a training plan, the sauna after training is, I think, my personal favorite and you always have a contact person. I think it's a bit of a shame that the service staff changes more often (usually when you've just gotten used to a person and talked to them beyond the normal banter of 'Hello, have fun and thank you') but that justifies that no point deduction, because everyone is always helpful, friendly and courteous contact persons. A clear recommendation.

Fantastische Erfahrung: A great and well-kept gym. Its look is reminiscent of an “industrial hall” and its clear lines make it look modern and tidy. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The equipment park consists mainly of the brands "Precor" and "Gym80" - that is, high-end! The studio offers sufficient machines / free weights and cardio equipment. There should be something for young and old and especially for every muscle group. Various courses are also offered. The sauna can be reached directly from the changing room / shower and is included in the monthly price. So there is nothing to prevent relaxation after training. Anyone who would like to arrange a personal training appointment with one of the trainers can simply register at the counter. Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been a member of the iFitnessClub Teltow for almost three years now and I'm still super happy to have registered there at the time. There are many great employees there who are always nice, friendly and helpful. It's always neat and tidy and not too crowded, so you don't have to queue for the devices. There is also a great range of courses. In the time before the lockdown, I enjoyed doing the BauchExpress, Bodybalance, Kraftkreis and Mobility / Spine. Unfortunately, no on-site courses are possible at the moment, but the courses offered via Zoom and the videos posted on Youtube offer a good alternative. Fantastische Erfahrung: At this point an important statement: "Unfortunately great" A studio with professional and extremely nice employees, an extensive range of equipment and courses, a sauna outside of heavy lockdowns, a drink station (protein, caffeine, vitamin, only no amphetamine ✌️), a talk corner and mostly pleasant and motivating music. The audience is mixed from Omma, Tussi to Normalo and Pumpernikki. The monthly fee does not cost more than 1 x meal at a favorite Italian restaurant. So there's no need to complain about your money which is really well laid out here. During the currently difficult times, you keep in constant contact with online courses, tutorials, cooking instructions and sometimes simply with personal speeches for the heart.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The iFitnessClubs invite you to experience training. Every club has its own atmosphere. In Teltow I love to move the heavy iron. The machines are great, the club is clean & I have grown dear to every single employee. & since the employees of the clubs do everything possible so that we can stay healthy & strengthen our immune system, I can keep myself healthy with an appropriate prescription from the doctor. This is only possible through RehaSport NO ONE else does that!

What I particularly liked in the past were the conversations with the staff, be it for training or like a recent call from the studio which simply thanks them for their loyalty even in difficult times (COVID-19). No more annoying searches like in other large fitness chains. The choice of courses is varied and is always fun with every trainer. Even after that, the trainers are open and happy to help.
