Positive Erfahrung: Gym, small, clean, well-kept. Nice staff, not crowded. Sauna and courses included. Shower unfortunately a collective cabin with 4 showers. Individual cabins or at least partitions would be nicer. After all, there are also people in the gym who want to change their bodies and don't like to show them naked to others.

I can recommend the studio to anyone who does not want to go to the gym to pump up muscles but would like to do endurance and strength training to do something for their long-term health and flexibility. Here you will find everything your heart desires: high-quality equipment, various courses that are geared towards this and very competent and motivating trainers. I've always hated something like "spinal gymnastics". But it is different there, because it explains exactly what the exercises are good for and the fun is never neglected. I also find it important that the studio is modern and attractively furnished and that everything is always picobello clean. You don't just want to do something for your health, you also want to feel good. The wellness area is great with a huge outdoor area with a barefoot path. I have never seen a fitness studio in Hanau like this before. So full marks from me!
