Fantastische Erfahrung: I'm visiting the area for a short time and have been looking for a studio to train in the meantime. The team was very friendly and open to me as a guest, the atmosphere in the gym is great, the audience is pleasantly mixed - which also ensures a good atmosphere. It's clean, the equipment is in good shape, and everything is very modern. All areas of training are well covered here, so nobody is neglected. Should I be in the area again, I will definitely come back. The new Fit-Aktiv Alpara has turned out great! The concept under the current editions works well, and I can only imagine that it will be even better in the future as soon as more space is available again. We recommend!

Fantastische Erfahrung: A very nice and new gym. It offers a wide range of equipment that enables both risk-reduced isolated muscle training and playful functional training or even classic circuit training. It would be great if there was a clear, quiet niche somewhere to be able to carry out mobilization exercises and stretching. But I am sure that the very friendly team will come up with something for this if the need arises. I saw wonderful devices from five concept (?) For mobilization out of the corner of my eye. Only these were "out of service" due to the currently strict distance rules. The atmosphere was pleasantly calm and an interesting mixture of familiar and yet big.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Everything is very new, very fair prices. Large training area, the focus is more on machines, but there are 2 brand new racks and enough dumbbells. On the whole, a top studio where you really enjoy training, the owners are also very personable.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The new studio is great. Lots of devices & courses. The trainers are always very friendly and always ready to listen. Price-performance is perfectly clear. Opening times are also well designed from morning to late evening and even on Sundays and public holidays you have a lot of time to spend there.
