Fantastische Erfahrung: Comfortable and clear gym. It gets busier at times, mostly on Mondays, but almost always the crowd is pleasant, i.e. not too many people for the number of devices. The trainers are great and always open to questions or training feedback, plans are also issued if requested. The atmosphere is very pleasant and training is always fun there. There is also a sauna, which I think is great :) The range of courses also feels quite extensive and the various karate courses are great (not my thing, but you can see that they are always well attended and well received).

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very good advice and courteous, personal coaching. Unfortunately, in device training (for chest, back and legs), most devices only exist once. But there are more than enough bikes, stepper, crosstrainer and recumbent bikes available. Nice is also the small sauna area with relaxation room and outdoor area, which was furnished with great attention to detail (with lighthouses and North Sea view) in a maritime style ...

Positive Erfahrung: Absolutely personal, here the guests are greeted by name. You just know each other! Basically there is nothing to complain about, I personally just am not the friend of all the coaches. I find the one or the other a little too exaggerated - just stay yourself is much more authentic.
