Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training in martial arts school for almost a year and doing body power fitness. The program is very effective and the training sessions are very varied and targeted. In connection with the music, the training is all the more fun. Those who train diligently and ambitiously may enjoy their improved and enduring fitness later on. Jozef is a great talented coach who has turned his hobby into a career. My son is also there and training kickboxing. He enjoys it as much and he even comes to the BPF for a while. Conclusion: great school / great trainers / highly recommended !!!
