My highlight on the ground floor: a small iron forge with good equipment and a sufficient free weight area. Plus a cool playlist with motivating videos in the background ... Everything with a good touch of 80s hardcore gym feeling. Accordingly, the motivation was great. If we lived in the Dillenburg area ... we would definitely train there.
