Training plans are individually tailored and the staff consistently ensures that the exercises are carried out in a health-promoting manner. The atmosphere is familiar and you feel very comfortable. I can only recommend this studio. The owner tries everything to ensure that training is possible even in times of pandemic. I feel very well cared for here.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very good gym! The equipment is of very high quality and the trainers are friendly and motivated. The owner is passionate about it and always has an open ear for suggestions and ideas. There is a nice, personable atmosphere among the members. I was previously in many expensive and cheap studios as well as Kieser Training and I have to say that this is my favorite place. Really highly recommended!
