Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnesscenter, Trainer sind immer freundlich und auch die anderen Kunden sind immer freundlich und nett. Hier kann sich jeder wohl fühlen. Gerade zu späterer Uhrzeit ist es nicht zu voll und man muss nie für seine Geräte anstehen. Auch die Sauberkeit und Ordnung wird hier nicht vernachlässigt. Also nur zu empfehlen.

The equipment and the program offer something for everyone, so that regardless of age, you should definitely register with Kaddi and her team for a trial training session so that you can get your own impression. The team is super helpful, open and attentive. In addition, the customer in real fit is not "just anyone", but a person who is open with appreciation and the feeling of "being welcome"! I also find it nice that the training takes place here in a relaxed atmosphere ... no crowds, no mass processing, no overcrowded courses and much more! I like to be here and I will stay!

With this gym, however, I can't say there's anything here that is no better than the competition I've already tested in the area. Devices: 4.5 / 5 stars With the equipment, everything you need for full body training is available in top quality. In chain studios you will of course find one or the other device more. But that is also due to the size of the building or the specifications of the franchise companies. Therefore, deduct half a star here. So if you insist on training the same muscle group on 20 different machines, you will not find it here. But that doesn't matter either, because .. Advice and coaching team: 5/5 stars .. the team is incredibly competent, helpful and supportive when it comes to questions about nutrition, the use of the devices or general "snacks". I have never felt so integrated and treated like family as I did in this studio. You are addressed by name, you are also greeted among the exercisers and you are always given a motivating slogan. You have fun, you laugh and you always feel welcome !! Thank you for this absolute highlight! When it comes to device use, particular attention must be paid to competent advice. As already mentioned, not only one muscle group can be trained on each device, but with the right selection of bars or another posture, of course, a wide range of the entire muscle group. Here, too, all trainees receive instruction on application, posture and everything that is important to know. The training plan is also conveniently available via mobile phone app, either specially written or by the team. Split 3 and you have no idea which devices or how exactly? No problem! Buildings / surroundings: 5/5 I no longer hate anything when people driving by or walking past watch you through the window during training or when you are constantly stared at. The looks from the well-trained high-performance athletes, with a weight of 320 kg on the barbell, completely unnerve me. There are plenty of that at other studios. And don't worry: this is not the case here! Protected from prying eyes by the isolated establishment, on the one hand the observation of passers-by and the permanent exposure to the sun during cardio training can be wonderfully avoided on the window front. And on the subject of high-performance athletes: Even if there is one or the other well-trained in this studio, you are not labeled like the last leek here, but always treated in a friendly manner. As I said: the whole studio is familiar and super relaxed. I have never got on so well with strangers right away as I did here. It's so fun! Other: 5/5 Whether it's fat measurement, nutritional advice, courses, etc., everyone gets something here that is worth going to the gym for. There is also a sealed counter with soft drinks, shakes, a shelf for valuables, etc. Changing rooms / sanitary area: 5/5 A little smaller than chains, but what the heck. Seriously. I don't go to the gym to be able to change to 200m2 or to choose a suitable one out of 20 shower heads. This is a waste of space and has nothing to do with an actually well thought-out concept (from my point of view). Everything here is clean, well-kept, isolated, separate and modern. Overall: 19.5 / 20 stars It just doesn't get any better. Best regards

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been a member of several studios over the years, nowhere have I felt as comfortable as here. Professional and at the same time always familiar atmosphere, great training opportunities on 2 levels + a very large course room, fair prices and a large parking lot right in front of the door. And yes, I'm almost right on my way to training now :)
