Fantastisches Erlebnis: The training is great. I had my first training test last week. It is very exhausting and sweaty but I hope this is worth it and the training also holds its promise. I had fatal muscle soreness two days after training, I recommend the training on Thursdays to test so you can relax on the weekend :) I'm very curious how long it takes to achieve my training goal, my nice supervisor has given me very good tips.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I'm actually always training at Speedfit in Berlin Mitte, but now I had a guest training in Berlin Tegel and am very impressed by the location. The best part was when I trained with the trainer Melanie on the balcony. Imagine, beautiful sunshine with a light breeze and great views and a full-body workout (What more could you ask for?). The staff are all funny and you realize that they have a lot of fun at work. I would particularly like to highlight Melanie, who has taken very good care of the device.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very nice club with a highly effective training that really activates every fiber. I've been training 3 units a week for 4 months at Club Tegel and I'm making good progress. By the good training the muscles could be tightened (+ 2 kg musculature) and through the qualified advice and the in-house nutrition program at the same time 5 kg body fat could be reduced. Everything is always very clean and the nice team always supports you in achieving training results.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hi here's a very honest opinion from a non-member who still gives 5 stars, I was there for a trial session this week. I was warmly welcomed by the store manager, after a briefing he showed me the studio, everything was clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Then it was off to training and it was super hard I'm sporty but I wasn't prepared for that three days later I'm still clearly sore without it being uncomfortable. The training lasted almost 15 minutes and was great !!!! Unfortunately it's too expensive for me and that really annoys me because otherwise I would have signed up for 24 months immediately, EMS training at speedfit three thumbs up. If you can afford it, do a trial session and you won't be disappointed.

In the changing area there are nice showers, fresh towels, hair dryer, mirror and sink, as well as new and clean toilets in a pleasant extra area. Before the training, the employees put the electrodes on the training clothing. A separate room is available for this. Then you can choose a training device. The studio has enough space between the four devices. If you need help starting the training, the team is at your side. You can determine your training level for yourself, or have assistance at any time. That makes it pleasant. I felt comfortable there very quickly. The atmosphere is confidential, but you are always asked and motivated about your training goals. If you book your training clothes (cotton pants, shirt and socks), you can train at any time without having to bring anything yourself. There is also a towel. Great! That means, just go there, train, shower, put your clothes back on and on. No laundry at home !!! About the training effect: After a short time, after about 4 weeks, I already felt like a small muscle package. During the training, muscle parts are trained that I have never reached before. And in a short amount of time - in 15 minutes! Belly, pelvic floor, back, arms, legs - everything is activated. It is crucial that the deep muscles are trained. It makes me very agile. Before I was in a conventional gym, I needed a lot more time there and I didn't feel as "trained" for a long time as it is now through EMS. For me it is worth spending the money on the training, the support, the nice studio and the service - I do that for me too ;-)

Staff is super competent and very attentive. Overall, it's always pretty relaxed, as there are rarely many members at the same time. This works through good organization and I can book my appointments myself via the app. Also my weekly or monthly checks with the body composition analyzer. At this individual appointment, further goals, nutrition and exercises on the device are discussed. After a check, the training is carried out with supervision and you are always pushed. All in all 5 star plus. It's really worth it!!! J.
