Positive Erfahrung: First of all the positive. By and large, it's a martial arts studio. And that's what it's great for. Anyone who wants to learn a martial art is in good hands there. The trainers understand their craft. As a non-martial artist you have to know what you want. I can only assume that I am and I feel that I am in very good hands there. For example, I can use the course rooms when there are no courses. And you can't do that in every studio. Fortunately, the studio isn't overcrowded either. So you have enough space to train. Thanks to Yasmin there is also a breath of fresh air in terms of health care. In my opinion, the negative is the price-performance ratio.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: There are hundert of fitness studios in Berlin, smaller one or bigger, part of a chain company or public sport clubs. But there are some others, who are more independent, started before the fitness trend overwhelmed the community in Germany complete. But you know, alltime there is a great history in public sport, because the government and the army want this in the past, just for fighting with other nations. But the club in Tegel is just a very normal, mid size and independent studio. It has all the regular machines and bodybuilding stuff, you can find anywhere. All is a little bit oldstyle, but local people like it. The more interesting are the good and well trained groups for practice HIIT, Hapkido, Judo and Aikido. All these groups are famous for their very good competition and have a local reputation. If you're living nearby Tegel or Reinickendorf, than this club is your must-go! Enjoy it.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Was only there twice, as I was visiting the nearby hotel, but I liked it very much. No Fancypants training but a solid Muckibude with rustic features. Family atmosphere. Everyone greets everyone. The staff is super friendly and all in all, I felt very comfortable. Who wants to encapsulate with music in the ears and make anonymously Spiegelelfies before the new Technogym Stepper is wrong here.

Positive Erfahrung: Very informal, quiet and cozy gym, unless you dance to the training times of the children from the Bushido courses. The atmosphere is much more pleasant than in a McFit or Superfit and the devices are almost always free. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Unfortunately, the opening times are a bit short and if devices are broken, you have to wait until 2-3 months until they are actually repaired.
