Fantastische Erfahrung: Was here today for trial training. The atmosphere is bombastic. This paired with a competent staff makes the whole workout just look unique. The showers and toilets are very clean and the view of the stream that flows outside makes for a sense of relaxation. The price-performance ratio is right here in all aspects. Looking forward to training next week to perfect my goals.

Fantastische Erfahrung: When looking for an alternative or supplement to conventional training in the gym, I came across Terra Sports in Herdecke. I am now really looking forward to EMS training, although the 20 minutes pass me too quickly. 1-2 days later you can feel the effects of the training, in the form of sore muscles. Think that even ambitious athletes will get their money's worth here. Personally, I like the good atmosphere in the studio. The team is always in a good mood and very friendly and personable. During the training you will be well looked after and you will also pay attention to the clean execution of the exercises. I can only recommend everyone to try out the training here, as it is a lot of fun in addition to the athletic load.
