Fantastisches Erlebnis: Perfect place to practice CrossFit, the staff and members are super friendly and immediately you get the feeling you are part of the group. The instructor was very good, and explained every exercise very clear, that was good for us as beginners. They have different a options for enrollment, from a day card to monthly and more.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A few months ago I decided to do something for my back and against corona pounds ... best decision to look for help in the CrossFit Centerpiece Heusenstamm! Since it was my first encounter with CrossFit, I first completed a trial training session. I liked it so much that I did 2x10 personal trainings with David. I felt really well looked after, David was open to any question, structured the exercises for me and with me and was merciless afterwards that I did the movement sequences very well. After that I had trainings with both Sophia and Nils and I am thrilled. All three trainers give you a great feeling during training, take care and ensure a proper workout! What I personally think is great are the times of the courses! Training is always possible, be it very early or noon or late! I can only warmly recommend this CrossFit Box to everyone, we get fit while having fun!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I was for a dropin in the Crossfit Centerpiece. Trainers are great and the equipment of the box leaves nothing to be desired, everything is a large open space TOP! Be sure to try it when looking for a box. I'll be back when I'm in the area!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super great box that is highly recommended. Even as a beginner you are received very well and the two owners Sophia and David, but also the other coaches, coach with a lot of passion and absolute love for sport. The equipment is super modern and leaves nothing to be desired. I'm so glad I ended up here!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: We were with the handball team during the preparation in the CrossFit box in Heusenstamm. For many it was the first contact with CrossFit and we were completely thrilled. The sympathetic coaches took great care of us and put together a nice program. Highly Recommended!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Incredibly great box. Premises are extremely spacious and cool in design. Equipment is absolute upper class. The coaches are highly professional. They understand their craft and personal needs are dealt with individually. The individual exercises are scaled and / or adjusted according to personal health or fitness status. The atmosphere is super pleasant, so that in addition to professionals, inexperienced and beginners can feel in good hands. All in all, I am thankful that there is this offer in this quality in the area. Keep it up..!!!
