Fantastische Erfahrung: Incentive, motivation, varied exercises, fun and defeat your weaker self These are just a few of the words that I set myself as a goal when I started my search for the fitness aspect for myself and my body. After one and a half years of happy slumbering in my sporty existence, I decided to put the tired bones and the curves that I had gained from relaxing in front of the television in motion. Just where? Gym? Well, fiddling around with the devices without instructions and chatting a little with acquaintances was not exactly what I had in mind. By chance I read in a local newspaper that an outdoor fitness program was being offered, especially for club members. Unfortunately, the courses were quickly booked out, so I had to do my own research and I found information on Christian's side that aroused my interest very quickly. As long as the motivation persisted, quickly made a trial appointment and looked forward to it. Of course, shortly before the training session, there were doubts: "Do I want this?" "Exercise?! Why?" The friendly greeting and welcome in the group quickly removed any doubts that arose. Now I've been there for a month and want to report on my experience. I find the above keywords in every training, in every exercise again and again. No two training sessions are the same and you can quickly see your first successes. Whether you are a beginner or have been around for a long time, everyone struggles with their own expectations and the goals that have been set. I am enthusiastic about the exercises, the challenges and the best of all, you always train in the fresh air. My physical condition has improved a lot, I am fitter, more resilient during the day and also in terms of health, toi toi toi, I have escaped every major flu wave at work so far. I take the courses according to my working hours and now I have the routine that I take the early bird course once a week before work. The biggest success is, on the one hand, that I lost over 7 kilos in one month (with muscle growth) and after only 3 runs I managed to run a 10km run in 57 minutes. There is still a lot of room for improvement here, but the motivation from Christian, food for thought, tips on nutrition allow me to continue to train consistently and run towards my goals. I think that's the biggest difference to other fitness programs. The close supervision by the trainer, observation and improvement during the exercises, but also individual improvement, if one or the other ailment does not make an exercise possible. So if you want to get to know your body again, to stand on the pitch in the rain and to train, to greet the steamy sun in the morning, then put your doubts and excuses aside and try a test training session. I am more than excited.
