Fantastische Erfahrung: The yin yoga workshop with Julia Spiess on Sunday was a fantastically relaxing and at the same time inspiring experience in a class of its own! Her guidance, the meditations, her music that accompanies and supports the relaxing, comforting atmosphere, Julia's way of using her voice to let us sink deeper and deeper, all of this caused a long-lasting, deep "arriving with oneself" that I found incredibly beneficial. Full of gratitude and joy about the inner pictures that she created in us and the energy that flowed from them in me, I can warmly recommend yoga with Julia to everyone who is interested!!! Studio on 2 levels and courses are also offered! Cornelius and his team are really pleasant, you get a good answer and an explanation that works! The clientele is also very pleasant and you feel very well looked after! Everyone was nice and helpful .. Great and hygienic sauna area .. but everything in the studio is clean and hygienic anyway! You can eat off the floor ... :-) All around perfect .. when we come back to Amrum I know where to go to train! Thank you for the holiday rescue and the good mood that the training brought us! Oh yes, there are also drinks and shakes ... Cornelius will be happy to advise you! My husband liked the shakes .. the latte was also very good! Lg from the Össis ..

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am extremely satisfied: after what seemed like a long period of notice, the Eilun Fit in Norddorf has finally opened. Such a studio was really missing: good cardio and muscling equipment, a course room, sauna, etc. The opening times are really generous for Amrum conditions and the price is also reasonable (see also the special rates for company sports, guests in participating accommodations and much more .). Keep it up!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice open plan studio. Here the beginner and the professional find his area to train. In the entrance area is the counter where you can enjoy a protein beer after training, just a protein beer. The studio is spread over 2 floors. In the floor there are the dressing rooms and sauna area which were very clean and bright. The free dumbbell area can be found in the lower floor, here is a small Schmankerl a large Bluetooth box in the itself Every guest can click in and hear his mug and as loud as he wants. The boss Cornelius who was baptized by me friendly "Conny", was not too fine and has spontaneously trained. Which he actually does with other guests. Here you can see there loves and lives his profession. Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars, I come back to 100%. The daily price of 12.50 euros is absolutely justified all included. Thanks for the nice time in the gym.
