Fantastisches Erlebnis: The yoga class with Saskia is unique and wonderful! - I've been doing yoga for twenty years and have gained various experiences in the field of body work. Under Saskia's competent and sensitive guidance, I was able to and can constantly develop, mindfully and lovingly, physically, holistically. Yoga during pregnancy is a very special experience. Saskia's pregnancy yoga gave me a deep feeling of inner security and connectedness. The studio in Itzehoe is also a wonderful place. I am so grateful for the experience and can unconditionally recommend this yoga teacher.
