Fantastische Erfahrung: Outstanding loving care. I've just gotten off to a very good start here.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Gym isn't really my thing, but Mrs. Sporty makes me feel good. The training is fun, I am well looked after and after a few weeks of consistent training I have become much fitter.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I wanted to do something for myself 4 months after my pregnancy. The "abdominal path study" was supposed to be my entry back into sports (at the time I had been a member of a large chain of fitness studios for years). During this study I lost 6 cm of waist circumference. I felt comfortable in this studio from day 1 and the concept convinced me so much that I canceled my contract at the other studio and became a permanent member of Mrs Sporty. Within 4 months I went from a well-fitting size 40 to a 36/38 (found out today when my husband brought me new jeggings and I thought "I don't fit in them after all"). It is so incredibly motivating that 3 times a week 30 minutes (and of course the targeted eating) is enough to get a big step closer to your goals. The team is very, very nice, helpful and funny and I actually prefer to train within the supervised opening hours. I always look forward to the regular measurements to see what progress I/my body has/has made. Joining Mrs Sporty was one of my best decisions in 2021.

Fantastische Erfahrung: For four years I am with Mrs. Sporty and I feel completely comfortable and well cared for. The trainers are technically competent and quickly see if exercises are done wrong and correct friendly and targeted manner. The exercises are customized to the individual. There is a regular check-up with extensive body analysis and review of the exercises. In addition, all exercises can be accessed at home via the smartphone. Additionally, there is a wide range on the website of mrssportyathome, which was very useful, especially in lockdown. Even during this time there were regular telephone inquiries and suggestions from trainers and little touches such as a resistance band at home. The studio and the sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. There are special air filter and the necessary hygiene measures are observed. I hope that I can train at Mrs. Sporty long and say here's THANK YOU to the whole team.

Fantastische Erfahrung: My sister and I have been members of Mrs. Sporty in Korschenbroich for seven years now and we really feel that we are in very good hands there. The training program is individually tailored to each member and can be adapted after consultation with the competent trainers, so that the training is always varied. In the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, it's a lot of fun to do something for your health without much effort. Thanks again to the entire team.

I've been a member of Mrs. Sporty Korschenbroich for 2 years and I feel very well looked after here. The atmosphere here is just great. Very nice and competent trainers who responsibly supervise the training during the official studio opening hours. Especially in the difficult Corona times, the owners have made sure that fair and feasible solutions are found. Online training with your own individual training units was - and still is - possible. They always have an open ear for the concerns of the members. I've never felt so well cared for in a gym as I do here. I can only recommend this studio. Regina Kn.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very friendly and competent team! My wishes and needs were very well addressed and a corresponding training plan tailored to me was created. What was also important to me personally was that care was taken to ensure that the exercises were performed correctly, and the trainers paid close attention to this and corrected them accordingly if something was not done properly. The training itself is a lot of fun and is also super feasible for me as a mom of two. In addition, I also have a little time for myself and at the same time I do something good for my body. If you have questions or want to change something in the training plan, the trainers are always there! In addition, there are always various courses that you can take part in.
