The two trainers, Lalli and Sandro are very professional and extremely well organized. During the Corona period, the training takes place online and we do not have the feeling that this is a disadvantage. The training is very confident and first class! Since Corona, I have also been training as a father in the training units for adults. Thank you for your commitment!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been there for almost two years and the lessons have never been repeated. The training is very varied and extremely effective. The trainers always pay attention to the correct execution of the exercises and push you. The team is a mixture of young and "older" (40 years), male and female, beginners and advanced, and there is a respectful and disciplined approach. The training room is very large and equipped with lots of equipment. In times of Corona, the regulations were implemented 100% and great online training was also offered during the closure. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Really for everyone from 4 to 99 years something, can only conscientiously recommend!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Two years ago, through an offer, became aware of it and became curious. As a handball player who just wanted to do something about it, I found the "Kickboxing Fit" course extremely exciting. What would I expect A dull music booth with grim-looking faces or a lovingly run studio with that certain something. I guess you guessed it. That little bit extra is called Lalli and made the difference for me personally. I always like to go to Lalli! A mega sympathetic, competent or interesting person and in my opinion this is also reflected in the mood during training. Many different people come together and just have fun (kickboxing fit course) and sweat. No matter what your personal fitness level is, you can get in at any time and it will challenge you if you want;). I'm probably not a pure gym goer either, so the mix of social interaction and exertion was just right for me. Unfortunately, I have had to take myself out of work lately. And lo and behold, something is missing. Why? Because the fight and fun is a bit familiar and e.g. greets, no matter if you're a beginner or a champion. I miss it and am looking forward to my handball break, in which I definitely want to drop by again! Thank you Lalli and all members of the Fight and Fun for this great experience !! Regards Philipp
