Fantastisches Erlebnis: At first I was very skeptical about the EMS training. But after a non-binding test training with appropriate explanations, I have found that the training is very good and I feel better afterwards. Owner Oliver Kremer as a coach is very friendly and competent. My wife (now also enthusiastic and in training) and I use the intensive 20 minutes a week and look forward to the training. Has absolute feel-good character. I can recommend EMS Körperglück in MG-Giesenkirchen with a clear conscience.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: After a thorough analysis of my constitution by Oliver Kremer and a training program that he tailored to my wishes and expectations, the trial training convinced me. The targeted training has a tangible and visible effect. The fact that he did not leave my side as a personal trainer during the 20 minute units and that he always supported and corrected me gives me the feeling of optimal support. I'm excited!
