You train for 3 minutes on each device, which, by the way, is set precisely for you and saved on your card. 2 rounds a maximum of 2x within 10 days. Rehabilitation sports and other courses are offered. Just take a look and ask for a trial training session.

The staff is always helpful and always friendly. I feel a lot better since I go regularly and can only recommend it to anyone. From normal training to wellness everything is there.
