In addition to the most accurate and divine trainer Gordon, the duo Richard and Emanuel master a brilliant training, always combined with wit and charm. The fact that these trainers will leave the studio because they have completed their training is almost a reason for termination. It would be very desirable to maintain this quality. The great thing about the Fitbox is that you know your trainers and they train their customers according to their individual skills and ambitions. One can only hope that the commitment of the trainers will be recognized by offering them attractive post-training positions!

Most of the time we have Richy, Emmanuel or Leon - they are just great, super friendly, motivated and in a good mood. They motivate us to do our best in training and advise us on nutrition, posture, etc.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A super nice team! You never have to wait, you can start right away. It is really a big advantage that you have fixed appointments and basically don't have to bring anything with you with the laundry service. Towel, clothing, drink - everything is then provided. I always got appointments without any problems in the way that I could best arrange for myself. In the twenty minutes you are very challenged, regardless of whether it is strength or cardio training. It's always a lot of fun!

The studio is very clean, nice and competent trainers. EMS training is super effective in a short time. I actually started the program to build up my back muscles after herniated discs. After a few units, I not only felt an improvement in the back muscles, but also an improvement in the general condition and also the skin. This means that it has become tighter in a short time. I go to strength training twice a week in the Fitbox and can only recommend it to everyone!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: As a trainer in the gym I neglected my own training and felt uncomfortable. A new motivation boost had to be made and so I came to fitbox Zehlendorf. Until then, I've never had anything to do with EMS, but I soon realized successes ... After only 4 weeks I lost 3.5 kg of body weight (before: 64.1 kg, afterwards: 60.6 kg) but 2.3 kg of muscle mass too. My body fat percentage dropped from 26.2% to 19.4% with a height of 176 cm. Thanks so much for any sweaty training with super sympathetic and motivated trainers. I like to come to you, because I feel well and individually looked after :-)

The training was increased in small steps, so I ended up with the training very satisfied. After training I was brought a fresh cool lemon towel and water. Really good service. After the shower, the coach explained the costs and I closed the contract for 6 months. What I still like is the comfort service that you can book. Now I do not need to bring anything except sports shoes. Towel and fresh training linen will be provided for every training session. Thanks to the trainer Edi for the training and the great care.
