Fantastische Erfahrung: In April of this year, I was looking for some physical activity to strengthen my back and reduce my weight at the same time. After 13 years of action by the former FIB, I returned to fitness. Since May the sports park is open and I look forward to a visit and my courses every time. Not only the range of courses, such as Back School, are offered, also the devices provided are all up to date. Particularly interesting is the e gym circle, which helps insecure, or new members extremely to get in shape. The staff is always very friendly and is always with words and deeds to the side, if problems occur, or you have a question. The new sauna is great and the sauna yard in the outdoor area is very attractive. The best thing is, it is very personal here, a very relaxed atmosphere, which always makes me want to stay for a coffee and a little talk after the sport. Also the monthly contribution is absolutely moderate and is for the offer fully in order. Three family members have already followed me and go just like me 2-3 times a week to the sports park and are like me completely satisfied. Keep it up

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was looking for a gym where there is an eGym circle and a sauna. No one could guess what I would find there. I found the sports park on the Elbe. There are among others the eGym circle and also a sauna. Of course, various other devices, different course offerings and spinning. I then directly arranged an appointment for trial training. You will be really super friendly and competent there and advise. The training plan is tailored to your own needs in order to achieve your personal goals. In addition, the coaches always keep an eye on you and possibly correct the posture and such. I feel very comfortable there, like to go to the sports park often. And that as a sports muffle I can only recommend everyone to look around there and to do a trial training. "The distance between dream and reality is discipline."
